🔒 Your family photos are yours. We don't keep them. SitOnSantasLap.com uses your uploaded photo only to create the Santa picture you request. We do not save your uploaded photo to our photo library or database, and we do not require you to create an account or provide your name or email address.

Photos You Upload

When you choose a photo, our server receives it in memory, prepares it for image generation, and sends the prepared image to our AI image provider so your requested Santa picture can be created. Our application does not intentionally write your uploaded photo to disk or retain it after the generation request is complete.

Generated Pictures

Your generated picture is returned to your browser so you can view and download it. SitOnSantasLap.com does not intentionally maintain a public gallery or permanent server-side collection of your generated pictures.

Personal Information

You do not need an account to use the service, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address to generate a picture. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request timing, and error or security logs needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

AI Processing

Creating your picture requires sending the prepared photo and generation instructions to OpenAI, our AI image provider. OpenAI processes this information to produce the requested image. OpenAI's handling of information is governed by its applicable privacy and data policies.

We use information submitted to the service to create the picture you request, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your uploaded photos.
